Tailor made formulation
The technical-scientific area of Junior Cosmetics is a true creative laboratory , capable of creating unique, innovative and exclusive formulations, which make use of functional active ingredients of plant origin and the latest generation.
Our technicians collaborate with the most accredited reference laboratories, carrying out in vivo and in vitro on active ingredients and finished products, to guarantee the highest functionality of the formulations.
Our organization places strong attention to the environment by using mainly Italian raw materials, implementing a 0 km supply system, avoiding excessively long journeys that have a strong environmental impact and thus keeping the local economy active.
Production and packaging
The operational phase of the Full-service service is that of the production of the bulk ( emulsifiers and mixers ) and its filling thanks to the appropriate machinery, the raw materials and fragrances warehouse and the packaging department equipped with six filling lines through semi-automatic machinery for bottles and tubes, semi-automatic labelers and batching machine.
Graphic creation
Graphic design phase to develop eye-catching graphics and a unique visual identity for your products. This service allows you to have full control over the design and customize the look of your cosmetics based on your branding goals.
We'll work closely with you to create eye-catching, functional packaging designs that reflect your brand and appeal to consumers.
Certificates
To complete the offer there is the drafting of all the documents necessary for the information on the cosmetic product placed on the market:
- Cosmetic PIF ( Product Information File ) drawn up internally by our cosmetologist
- Challenge (microbiological test that allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of the preservative system in a cosmetic product)
- CPNP registration ( Cosmetic Product Notification Portal - European cosmetic product notification portal that allows all the required information on the product to be transmitted directly by the responsible person or someone delegated by him/her)
